Attic Conversions

The brief of this attic conversion was to convert an attic space to form three bedrooms and a bathroom. New dormer windows to the front and side elevation were designed. In order to maximise the floor area of the rear-facing master bedroom, a new vertical wall was built over the existing rear wall with the original sate roof extended back to meet the new vertical wall.
